Non-Returnable Items

• 🔹 Personalized Products: Due to customization, these cannot be returned.
• 🔹 Hygiene Items: For safety reasons, pacifiers, bottles, and similar baby care items are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• 📧 Contact Us: Email support@tinytreasureonline.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• 📦 Receive Return Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
• 📮 Securely Pack & Ship: Ensure the item is safely packed to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue your store credit within 5–7 business days.

• ✅ Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store credit only.
• ✅ Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.
• ✅ Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible unless return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

• ✅ Return the original item using the steps above.
• ✅ Place a new order for the replacement item.
• ✅ Once we receive the returned item, your store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• ✅ Free Return: We will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.
• ✅ Replacement or Store Credit: Choose between a replacement or store credit.
